IPSI LEDs
The IPSI board has four LEDs. The top three LEDs behave like the standard
LEDs that are found on all TN circuit packs. The fourth (bottom) LED imitates the
TN 2182 Tone-Clock yellow LED. The archangel flashes the yellow LED when
active, 2 seconds on and 200 msec off.
