Maintenance Architecture

The maintenance subsystem is the part of a system's software that is responsible
for initializing and maintaining the system. This subsystem continuously monitors
the system's health and records detected errors. The maintenance subsystem
also provides a user interface for on-demand testing.
This chapter provides a brief description of the Avaya
Multi-Connect Configurations (S8700 Multi-Connect) maintenance strategy and
presents background information about the system's overall functions. For
