Well-formed stateful firewall rules are required. For more information, refer to

Enabling/Disabling Connection Synchronization
To enable or disable connection synchronization, do the following:
1.
Make sure the CLI is in Configuration mode.
2.
Enable or disable connection synchronization by typing:
Enabling
services conn-sync enabled
Disabling
no services conn-sync enabled
Type commit and press Enter to save the changes, or type revert and press Enter to abort.

Viewing a List of Dedicated LInks
To view a list of dedicated links, type:
show running-config services conn-sync dedicated-link | tab
