[Optional] If a dynamic IP address is needed for the relay agent, create a subnet for the DHCP relay agent. For

For each client subnet (excluding the subnet for the DHCP relay agent, if used), do the following:

Create one or more IP address pools to define a range of IP addresses for each client.

Enabling/Disabling the DHCP Server
To enable or disable the DHCP server, do the following:
1.
Make sure the CLI is in Configuration mode.
2.
Enable or disable the DHCP server by typing:
• Enable for IPv4
services dhcpserver enabled
• Disable for IPv4
no services dhcpserver enabled
• Enable for IPv6
services dhcpserver6 enabled
• Disable for IPv6
no services dhcpserver6 enabled
Type commit and press Enter to save the changes, or type revert and press Enter to abort.
