Usage Guideline
Even when enabling the notification trap for a specific interface by using the snmp trap mac-notification
change command, the notification is sent to the notification history table only when the mac-address-
table notification change command was enabled.
Example
This example shows how to enable the MAC address added notification trap on interface eth1/0/2.
Switch# configure terminal
Switch(config)# interface eth1/0/2
Switch(config-if)# snmp trap mac-notification change added
