NOTE: If driven pulley sheaves cannot be opened
when the service tool is screwed in, the cam is not
correctly engaged in the sliding sheave.
Tighten driven pulley screw to specification.

CVT Air Guide Removal
DRIVE PULLEY
1. Remove the

2. Unscrew the clamps retaining the CVT air
hoses.
3. Remove CVT air guide.
CVT Air Guide Inspection
Clean CVT air guide from contamination
Check O-rings. If brittle, hard or damaged, replace
as necessary.

For installation reverse the removal procedure.
