Measure spring free length and squareness. If
spring is out of specification, replace by a new.

Driven Pulley Assembly
For installation, reverse the removal procedure.
Pay attention to following details.
Heat ball bearing area up to 100°C (212°F) before
ball bearing installation.
NOTE: Place new ball bearing in a freezer for 10
minutes before installation.
Install ball bearing with the writing on top and
press it in using only the outer race.
