– Loosen clamping sleeve -arrow- and press forwards.
– Screw out screw -4- and remove rear silencer.
If the exhaust pipe must be removed:
– Remove the rear left underfloor trim panel ⇒ Body Work; Rep.
gr. 50 .
– Remove rear tunnel bridge -2-
⇒ "1.1 Summary of components - front, middle and rear si‐
lencer", page 370 .
– Loosen the clamping sleeve -2- and slide it forwards.
