Vehicles with front-wheel-drive
– Press heat protection sleeve to the side, disconnect electrical
plug connection -5-.
– Loosen hose clamp -3-, remove air guide hose.
– Loosen hose clamp -4-, remove coolant hose.
– Unscrew screw -1-, loosen screw -2-.
Continued for all vehicles
– Loosen screw -1- and remove clamping sleeve.
– Slacken the double screw -2-, press coolant pipe backwards
slightly.
– Unscrew screws -arrows-, push exhaust gas cleaning module
backwards - do the same to the exhaust gas recirculation
cooler on vehicles with front-wheel-drive.
– Release nut -2- and remove union nut -4-.
– Release screws -3-, -5-, remove oil return pipe.
