tcp_keepalive
specifies the length of time a TCP connection must be idle before an Annex
sends keep-alive messages. A keep-alive message contains no data, but
solicits an acknowledgment from the other end of a connection to determine
whether the connection is still active. If the recipient does not acknowledge
the message after eight retries, the Annex drops the connection. You can
use
(Annex Manager's default value) to set the keep-alive time to 120
