Chapter 19 Annex Parameters
rip_next_hop
specifies whether the next hop value is included in RIP version 2
advertisements.

rip_recv_version
controls the RIP versions that an Annex accepts. You can enter:
to accept version 1 packets only.

lets you force RIP to send periodic updates to a router list instead of
broadcasting updates. You can enter the IP addresses of one to eight
directly reachable routers, or you can enter
