here.

Primary Rate Annex. You can enter a 12 digit hexadecimal number here,
using dashes to separate sets of two numbers (e.g., 00-00-00-00-00-00).
You cannot use a number that has 1 in the last bit of the first octet, since
these numbers are reserved for multicast addresses, or
0xFF-FF_FF_FF_FF_FF, which is reserved as a broadcast node address.
