To configure the RTR operation:
[ no ] type rtrType protocol ipIcmpEcho destination
[ source-ipaddr srcAddr | source interfaceType interfaceSpecifier ]
To specify the L2TP tunnel type:
type tunnelType
no type
Command introduced before JunosE Release 7.1.0.
From RTR Configuration mode, configures an RTR operation. The no version removes
the configured type from the operation and resets all configuration for an RTR index.
NOTE: You must configure the operation's type before you can configure any
other characteristics of the operation.
From Domain Map Configuration and Tunnel Group Tunnel Configuration modes, specifies
the L2TP tunnel type (RADIUS attribute 64, Tunnel-Type).
rtrType—One of the following types of operation:
echo—Performs end-to-end operation only
pathEcho—Discovers a path to the destination and echoes each device on the path
destination—IP address or an IP hostname or domain name
srcAddr—Source IP address
interfaceType—Interface type; see Interface Types and Specifiers on page 5
interfaceSpecifier—Particular interface; format varies according to interface type; see
Interface Types and Specifiers on page 5
tunnelType—L2TP tunnel type
