Step 1 Plug the power cord into an AC wall socket or UPS power supply outlet.
Step 2 Verify the chassis LED activity:

If the ONS 15310-MA SDH does not power up, check the voltage at the power source using a voltmeter.

The voltage should be 100-240VAC +/–10 percent.
