In node view, click the Provisioning > Alarm Profiles > Alarm Profile Editor tabs.
To apply profiles to a card:

In card view, click the Force all ports to profile menu arrow at the bottom of the window.
Choose the new profile from the drop-down list.
Click Force (still need to "Apply").
Click Apply.
