Off
DC > 27V
Measure DC output
DC < 24V
Short circuit on
power supply
Check for short circuit
on output
No short circuit
Measure power
AC ok
supply AC input
AC not ok
Check AC connection
between power supply
and A1
Connection ok
Measure AC to
controller
AC ok
Check cabling
Cable ok
Troubleshoot the
power unit
Note
If the LED is:
Green: the power supply should be
working properly.
Off: either the power supply is faulty or
it does not have sufficient input voltage.
Proceed with step 2.
Replace power
supply
