1 Check speed sensor (NT) installation.

DIAGNOSTICS
CHECK:
Check the speed sensor installation.
OK:
The installation bolt is tightened properly and there is
no clearance between the sensor and transaxle case.

PREPARATION:
Remove the NT speed sensor from transaxle.
CHECK:
Measure resistance between terminals 1 and 2 of speed sen-
sor.
OK:
Resistance: 620 ± 60 Ω at 20 °C (68 °F)

Tighten the speed sensor (NT) properly.
Replace the speed sensor NT.
Repair or replace harness and connector.
