After reassembly due to repair work or any other reason, the play in axis 5 and 6
must be checked to ensure the repetition accuracy of the robot positioning.

Turning disk adapter
Measuring tool
Measuring bracket
Dial indicator with a magnetic foot

Use this procedure to measure the play of axis 5.

Action
Move the robot to calibration position. Turn
axis 4 to +90°.
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Fit the turning disk adapter to the turning
disk.
Fit the measuring tool to the turning disk
adapter.
