Action
Move the robot to the position shown in the
figure.
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.
Remove the cable package from all axes
except in the base.
Secure the upper arm with a roundsling in
an overhead crane.
Remove the complete upper arm and put it
on a loading pallet.
CAUTION
The robot lower arm weighs .
35 kg (IRB 2600-20/1.65, IRB 2600-12/1.65,
IRB 2600-12/1.85, IRB 2600ID-15/1.85, IRB
2600ID-8/2.0)
30 kg (IRB 2600-20/1.65 type C, IRB 2600-
12/1.65 type C)
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
