Use this procedure to remove the gearbox.

Action
Decide which calibration routine to use, and
take actions accordingly prior to beginning
the repair procedure.
Drain the oil from the gearbox.
Jog the robot to:
•
Axis 1: 0°
•
Axis 2: 0°
•
Axis 3: -10°
•
Axis 4: 0°
•
Axis 5: 0°
•
Axis 6: 0°
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply
•
hydraulic pressure supply
•
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the safeguarded
space.
Remove the axis-1 motor.
Remove the complete arm system from the
base and lay down the robot on its side.
