0x60 ;Illegal SERVO reaction on STF handshake
0x61 ;Error during RAM check
0x62 ;Transport checksum does not correspond to that of the SERVO.
Errors were detected on loading the drive software. The cause is either faults during the
transfer via the drive bus or a defective control module.
Check the drive bus cable and cable connections, perform remedial measures (check
shielding or ground connection), replace control module.

Incorrect number of specified current state filters

Correct the number of current setpoint filters (MD 1200).

NC drive number
Rotor position synchronization contains an error (drive software 2.5 only).
The difference between the first part of rotor position synchronization (coarse synchroni-
zation) and the second part (fine synchronization to the active encoder zero marker) is
greater than 45 electrical.
Too great a difference can be caused by:
- Incorrect encoder alignment
- EMC problems on the zero marker signal
- Excessive voltage level of C/D track
- Check encoder alignment and EMC measures.
- New startup
- Check MODE
- Replace the motor.
