%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
• An illegal parameter value was specified in a function or procedure call.
• An illegal number of actual parameters was programmed in a function or procedure call.
- Correction block is reorganized.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
