Channel %1 block %2 swivel head cannot be exchanged
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
The parameter "Swivel data block" is set to "No". In spite of this, an attempt has been
made to change the swivel head.
- Interpreter stop
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Set the parameter "Swivel data block" in the start-up screen form "Rotary axes" to "Auto-
matic" or "Manual".
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program
Channel %1 block %2 tool probe diameter too small
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
The tool probe is not correctly calibrated.

- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Calibrate the tool probe.
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program
Channel %1 block %2 ShopMill program %3 cannot be executed, as it has not been
tested by ShopMill

%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Program name
Before a ShopMill program can be executed, it has to be tested by ShopMill. Alarm trig-
gered by following cycles: E_HEAD.

The program has to be simulated first in ShopMill or loaded into the operating mode
"Machine auto" by ShopMill.

Only manual tools may be loaded into a swivel head in which the tools can only be manu-
ally loaded.
