At part program start and at start of an ASUB under Reset condition, the relevant data of
all the ASUBs that can be activated at that time are preprocessed:
• PLC ASUBs
• With $MC_PROG_EVENT_MASK configured event-controlled program calls
• ASUB after block search ($MN_SEARCH_RUN_MODE bit 1=1)
• Editable system ASUB ($MN_ASUP_EDITABLE)
If an error occurs (converter or interpreter), alarm 15165 will be output first and then a
converter or interpreter alarm that describes more details of the error. Alarm 15165 will
cause an interpreter stop. A compensation block will not be possible.
- Interpreter stop
- NC Start disable in this channel.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program.
Channel %1 user system asup _N_ASUP_SPF not available
%1 = Channel number
By means of the machine data 11610 $MN_ASUP_EDITABLE the function "User-defined
system asup" has been activated. However, the relevant user program could not be found
in the specified search path:
• 1. /_N_CUS_DIR/_N_ASUP_SPF
• 2. /_N_CUS_DIR/_N_ASUP_SPF
The default system asups are used.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
Load the user-defined system asup in /_N_CUS_DIR/_N_ASUP_SPF or /_N_CMA_DIR/
_N_ASUP_SPF laden.
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program.
Channel %1 block %2 program %3 could not be compiled
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = String
An error has occurred in compile mode. The (compiler) error message refers to the pro-
gram specified here.
- Alarm display.
Modify part program.
Clear alarm with the Delete key or NC START.
Channel %1 block %2 compiled program %3 older than the relevant subroutine
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Compiled program file name
When calling a precompiled subroutine, it was noticed that the compiled program is older
than the relevant SPF file. The compiled program was deleted and during start the sub-
routine is executed instead of the compiled program.
- Correction block is reorganized.
- Interface signals are set.
- Alarm display.
