Clock cycle came too early

The NC basic cycle, which is generated on the NC and transferred to the drive via the
drive bus cable, has supplied a pulse, which does not match the clock timing.
Possible causes: EMC interference on drive bus, NC hardware error, hardware error on
the control module.
Check the drive bus cable and cable connections, perform remedial measures (check
shielding or ground connection). Replace the NC hardware, replace the control module.

Illegal Opcode, Trace, SWI, NMI (DSP)
Incorrect address

The processor has detected an illegal command in the program memory.
Replace the control module.
0015H
Error in checksum test

As of Version 4.0: Segment of the faulty code / data area, whereby:
0: P: memory
1: X: memory
2: Y: memory
A difference has been detected between the setpoint and actual checksums during con-
tinuous testing of the checksum.
The cause is probably a hardware error on the control module.
Replace the control module.
