The segment position is greater than the number of segments.
Run VREPAIR and restart the system.
Warning: If you delete the volume, all data will be destroyed. You will have
to restore the data from a backup.
If the problem persists, make sure a volume backup exists. Delete the volume,
re-create it, and restore the data from the backup.

The offset of the starting sector of a partition is greater than the size of the
partition.
Run VREPAIR and restart the system.
