The module is corrupted or is the wrong type.
Run VREPAIR on the volume.
FILESYS.NLM
While scanning subdirectory name space list entries, the system found that the
next name space list entry was greater than or equal to the number of defined
name spaces for the volume. Another reason for this error might be the next
entry scanned was greater than the maximum directory entries.
In either case, this error probably indicates corruption.
Run VREPAIR and restart the system.
Warning: If you delete the volume, all data will be destroyed. You will have
to restore the data from a backup.
If the problem persists, make sure a volume backup exists. Delete the volume,
re-create it, and restore the data from the backup.
