Explanation:
TTS could not read the backout file for some reason. The problem could be a
hardware failure, a power failure, or a corrupted file.
If you suspect file corruption, delete the file and restore from a backup.

Try adding another drive to the backout volume, deleting or compressing
existing files on the backout volume, or moving files from the backout volume
