Description
A counter that is incremented when the NetWare server tries to
transmit a packet that is too large for the hardware to handle.
This value is maintained by the TSM module.
A counter that is incremented when the NetWare server tries to
transmit a packet that is too small.

your NetWare server, but no packet receive buffer is available.
The server allocates more packet receive buffers after each
incident until it reaches its maximum limit (configured with a SET
