REQUESTR.NLM
The module REQUESTR.NLM has been loaded with a command line switch
that resets the number of retries to the number indicated in the message.
This is an informational message.
REQUESTR.NLM
The protocol stack was not loaded or has been unloaded.
Load the protocol stack.
REQUESTR.NLM
The protocol stack failed to load. The protocol may depend upon another
resource that is not available; for example, it may depend upon another NLM
that has not been loaded.
Load any NLMs required by the protocol.
