The print server has insufficient rights to the file or directory containing the
log file.
Determine where the print server is keeping its audit file.
The directory that contained the file has been deleted.
Make sure the directory exists and that the print server has sufficient rights to
write to the directory and file.
The file is flagged so that it cannot be written to.
Make sure the file is not flagged Read Only.
PSERVER.NLM
The print server might not have enough available memory to initialize.
