Compute Operations
Syntax:
Rn = LEFTO Rx
Function:
Extracts the number of leading 1s from the fixed-point operand in Rx. The
extracted number is placed in the bit6 field in Rn.
Status flags:
SZ Is set if the MSB of Rx is 0, otherwise cleared
SV Is set if the result is 32, otherwise cleared
SS Is cleared
