OOB block configuration.
Selects which clock to use for OOB.
Number of bursts to declare a COM match for
SAS/SATA.
Number of idles to declare a COM match for
SAS/SATA.
1-63. Lower bound on activity burst for COM FSM for
SAS/SATA.
1-63. Lower bound on idle count during COMSAS for
SAS.
1-63. Lower bound on idle count during
COMINIT/COMRESET for SAS/SATA.
1-63. Upper bound on activity burst for COM FSM for
