(a) Remove the torque plate from the knuckle.
( b ) R e m o v e t h e 5 h u b n u t s a n d t h e d i s c . R e i n s t a l l t h e d i s c
1/5 of a turn round from its original position on the
h u b . I n s t a l l a n d t o r q u e t h e 5 h u b n u t s .
Torque: 103 N.m (1,050 kgf.cm, 76 ft.lbf)
Remeasure the disc runout. Make a note of the runour
and the disc's position on the hub.
(c) Repear (b) until the disc has been installed on the 3
r e m a i n i n g h u b p o s i t i o n .
( d ) l f t h e m i n i m u m r u n o u t r e c o r d e d i n ( b ) a n d ( c ) i s l e s s
than 0.05 mm (0.0020 in.), install the disc in that
postflon.
(e) lf the minimum runout recorded in (b) and (c) is greater
than 0.05 mm (0.0020 in.), replace the disc and repeat
stop 3.

Torque: 1 07 N.m (1 ,090 kgf.cm, 79 ft.lbf)
