AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM _ HEATER UNIT

INSTALL HEATER RADIATOR

INSTALL HEATER AIR DUCT

INSTALL AIR OUTLET DAMPER CONTROL SERVO-
MOTOR
(a) Insert the bush of the air outlot damper control servo-
motor to the lever.
(b) Install the air outlet damper control ssrvomoter with
the 2 screws.
HEATER UNIT INSTALLATION

Install by following the removal procedure in reverse
oroer.

CONNECT WATER VALVE CONTROL CABLE
(a) Set the TEMP switch to Max Cool.
(b) Set the water valve lever on Max Cool, connoct the
water valv€ control cable and lock tho clamp.

INSTALL COOLING UI{IT
(See page AC - 33)

When the water valve control cable is installed,
ovacuate tho air in th€ system and charge system
with refrigera nt.
Specified amount:
650 a 50 s (22.92 + 1.76 oz.)
. After operations are completed, check for leak-
age of refrigarant and check th€ op€ration of tho
A/c.
