CALIPER ASSEMBLY
1. APPLY LTTHIUM SOAP BASE GLYCOL GREASE TO
PARTS INDICATED WITH ARROWS

INSTALL DUST BOOTS AND SLIDING PINS
( a ) U s i n g a 1 9 m m s o c k s t w r e n c h a n d h a m m e r , t a p i n 2
new dust boots into the torque plate.
(b) Confirm that the metal plate portion of th€ dust boot
fits snugly in tho torque Plate.
(c) Ins€rt th6 2 sliding pins into th€ torqu€ plate.
NOTICE: Inse?t tho rliding pin with tho cliding bushing
into tha bottom side'

INSTALL PISTON SEAL AND PISTON IN CYLINDER
4.
INSTALL CYLINDER EOOT AND CYLINDER BOOT
SET RING
