diltely rlto? ovlcusting the systam. Then you may
swltch ofl tho vrcuum pump.
PRECAUTIONS
WHEN CHARGING
REFRIGERANT
1. DO NOT OPERATE COMPRESSOR WITHOUT
ENOUGH REFRIGERANT IN
REFRIGERANT
SYSTEM
lf there is not €nough refrigerant in the refrigerant
system, oil lubrication will be insufficient and com-
pressor burnout may occur, so taks care to avoid this.
2.
DO NOT OPEN HIGH PRESSURE
MANIFOLD VALVE
WHILST COMPRESSOR
IS OPERATING
lf the high pressuro valve is opened, refrigerant flows
in th€ reverse direction and could cause th6 charging
cylinder to rupture, so open and closa the low pres-
sure valve only.

8E CAREFUL NOT TO OVERCHARGE SYSTEM
WITH REFRIGERANT
lf refrigerant is overcharged, it
as insufficient cooling, poor
overheating 6tc.

Before removing and inspecting the electrical parts,
set th€ ignition switch to th6 LOCK position and
disconnect ths nogativo (-) terminal cable from bat-
te ry.
CAUTION: Work must be startad after 90 sgconds from
tho timo tho ignition switch is turned to tho 'LOC K'
position and the nrgativo (-) terminal cabla is discon-
nectod from ths battoiy.
