The SRS togather with the seat belt, is designed to
help prot6ct the driver. In a collision, the airbag sensor
d e t e c t s t h e s h o c k , a n d i f t h e f r o n t - t o - r e a r s h o c k i s
greatar than a specified value, an SRS stored in the
st66ring wheel pad is inflated instantansously to help
reduce the shock to the driver.
