1. INSTALL SECOND BRAKE APPLY NEW GASKET

INSTALL VALVE BODY
( a ) W h i l e h o l d i n g t h e c a m d o w n w i t h y o u r h a n d , s l i p t h e
cablo into ths slot.
(b) Bring valve body into place.

NOTICE: Be careful not to entangle the solenoid wire.

INSTALL BOLTS IN VALVE BODY
Hand tighton the 12 bolts first, then torque with a
torqua wrench.
Torque: 10 N.m (1 00 kgf 'cm. 7 ft'lbf)
Boli lsngth:
A: 20 mm (0.79 in.)
B: 25 mm (0'98 in.)
C : 3 6 m m ( 1 . 4 2 i n . )
D: 50 mm (1 .97 in.)

CONNECT SOLENOID WIRING
(a) Connect tho No.1 solenoid valvo connoctor (white and
short6r wiro).
(b) Connect the No.2 solenoid valve conn€ctor (black and
longor wifs).
5.
INSTALL MANUAL VALVE BODY DETENT SPRING
(a) Align the manual valve with th€ pin on ths manual
shaft lever.
(b) Lowsr tho manual valve body into place.
(c) Hand tighten the 4 bolts first. Then, tightan them with
a toroue wronch.
Torquo: 10 N.m (1 00 kgf 'cm, 7 ft lbf)
