(b) Wind the cable to retract the rod by turning the
ignition switch to "LOCK" position.
H I N T :

lf tho ignition switch is already in "LOCK" posi-
tion, porform step 1 (c) first, then turn the ignition
switch to "ACC" position.

In case the cabl6 is not wound, twist it as shown
in the illustration.

Evsn if the rod has not retracted fully, install the
a n t e n n a n u t a n d I n s p o c t t h e a n t e n n a r o d o p e r a -
tion. lt will finally ratract fully.
( c ) I n s p e c t t h e a n t e n n a r o d o p e r a t i o n b y p u s h i n g t h e
radio wave band select buttons.
