SUSPENSION AND AXLE _ FRONT DRIVE SHAFT(3S_GE)

Using a steel plate and press, press in a now dust
cover until th6 distance from the tio of the center
drive reaches the specification, as shown in the illus-
tration.
TEMPORARILY INSTALL BOOTS AND DAMPER
HINT: Before installing th€ boot. wrap vinyl tape
around the spline of the drive shaft to prevent damag-
ing th6 boots and damper.
Temporarily install a new outboard bool to tha drive
shaft.
w/ Dynamic damper:
Temporarily install the dynamic damper to the drive
shaft.
(c) Temporarily install a new inboard joint boot to the
drive shaft.
