INSTALLATION
1. REMOVE STEERING WHEEL PAD
w/o SRS Airbag:
( a ) R e m o v e t h s s c r e w .
( b ) R e m o v e t h e 3 c l i p s .
w/ SRS Airbas:
CAUTION: Whon the steering wheel pad is removed,
always place it on I stable flat placa with the pad surface
facing upwards. Never place anything on top of tha pad.

HINT: Tape the scrswdriver tip before use.
(b) Using a torx socket wrsnch, loosen the sensor lock
release bolt until it turns freelv.
(c) Slide the bolt cap downwaros.
(d) Using a torx socket wrench, loosen the 2 torx screws.
HINT: Loosen th6 screws until the groova along the
screw circumference catchos on the screw case.
(e) Pull the stoering wheel pad out from tho steering
w n 6 s t .
C A U T I O N :

Whon storing the wheol pad, keep the upper 3urface
of the psd facing upward.
.
Never disastemble tho steering whael pad.
Replace tho ste6ring wheel pad with a new one if:
(See RS section)

Th€ SRS has deployed.
.
The pad surface, airbag sensor or inflator has
dents, cracks or deformation.

The SRS has been droooed.
2, REMOVE STEERING WHEEL
(a) Remove th6 wheol set nut.
(b) Place matchmarks on the whool and main shaft.
(c) Using SST, remov6 the who€|.
