TRANSAXLE INSTALLATION
1.
INSTALL TRANSAXLE
(a) Raise the engine right stde.
(b) Alisn the input shaft spline with tho clutch disc and
install th6 transaxle to the engine.
(c) Torque the 3 transaxle mounting bolts from the upper
s i d e .
Torque: 64 N'm (650 kgf'cm' 47 ft lbf)

TNSTALL TRANSAXLE CASE PROTECTOR
Install and torque ths transaxle case protector's 2 set
bo lts.
Torque: 13 N m (1 30 kgf'cm. 9 ft'lbf)

TNSTALL AND TOROUE TRANSAXLE MOUNTING
B O L T S T O E N G I N E R E A R E N D P L A T E S I D E
Install and torquo tho 4 transaxle mounting bolts.
Torque:
B o l t A 2 3 N m ( 2 3 0 k g f c m , 1 7 f t ' l b f )
Bolt B 46 N.m (470 kgf 'cm' 34 ft lbf)

E N G I N E L E F T M O U N T I N G I N S U L A T O R
(a) Raise the transaxl€ and engine left side slightly with a
j a c k .
(b) Install and torque tha sngine lsft mounting bracket
and insulator's 3 set bolts.
Torque: 64 N m (650 kgf'cm, 47 ft lbf)

A N D I N S U L A T O R
(a) Install the engine front mounting bracket and torque
the 2 bolts.
Torque: 77 N.m (790 kgf cm, 57 ft'lbf)
( b ) I n s t a l l t h e e n g i n e f r o n t m o u n t i n g i n s u l a t o r a n d t o r q u e
the bolt and nut.
Torque: 87 N m (890 kgf cm, 64 ft lbt)
