(g) Assembla the differential case, side gear and thrust
w a s h e r .
(h) Align the matchmarks on the differntial cases.
(i)
Install and tighlen the 2 screws.

(a) Install the vehicle speed sensor drive g6ar to the
differential rig ht case.
( b ) I n s t a l l t h e s n a p r i n g .

INSTALL RING GEAR
(a) Cl6an the contact surface of th€ difforential case and
the threads of the ring gear and differential case.
(b) Hsat the ring gear in boiling water.
(c) Carefully remoe tho ring gear from the water.
(d) After the moisturs on the ring gear has completely
evaporated, quickly install the ring gear to the differ-
6 ntia I case.
