(d) Place th6 detent spring on the manual valve body and
hand tighten the 2 bolts firsr.
Then, tighten them with a torqus wrench.
Torque: 10 N.m (100 kgf .cm. 7 ft.lbf)
( e ) C h e c k t h a t t h e m a n u a l v a l v e l e v a r i s t o u c h i n g t h e
center of ths detent spring tip roller.

T a p t h e p i p e s w i t h a p l a s t i c h a m m e r t o i n s t a l l t h e m
i n t o t h e o o s i t i o n s i n d i c a t e d i n t h e i l l u s t r a t i o n .
NOTICE: Be careful not to bend or damage the pipes.
7. INSTALL OIL STRAINER AND APPLY PIPE BRACK-
ET
(a) Install the oil strainer and toroue the 3 bolts.
(b) Install th€ apply pipe bracket and th6 2 bolts.

Install tho 2 magnets in the indentations of the pan.
9. INSTALL OIL PAN WITH NEW GASKET
N O T I C E : M a k e s u r e t h a t t h e m a g n e t d o e s n o t i n t s r f e r e
with the oil pipes.
