BODY - OUARTER WINDOW GLASS
HINT: Cut the adhesive areas as shown in the illustra-
tion, leaving the adhesive where the pins are.
(d) Using prano wire as shown in the illustration, cut off
the rest of the adhesive
(e) Remove the g lass.
NOTICE: Leave as much of the adhesive on tho body as
possible when cutting otf the glass.

(a) Using a knife, cut away any rough aroas on the body.
HINT: Leave as much of tho adh€siv6 on the body as
possible.
(b) Clean the cutting surface of the adhesive with a piece
of shop rag saturated in cleaner.
HINT: Even if all th€ adhesive has been removed, clean
the body.
2.
CLEAN REMOVED GLASS
(a) Using a scraper, remove tho adhosive sticking to the
g la ss.
(b) Clean the glass with cleaner.
NOTICE: Do not touch tha glass after cleaning it.
3.
INSTALL SPACER
Install 3 spac€rs to th€ body panel by double stick
ta06 as shown in the illustration.
HINT: lt is not nscessary to install pins to tho glass.
Pins are only used for positioning the glass on the
orod u ction line.
