Place shop rags betwoen thg vise and the plata.

Do not tighton tho vise too tight.
(d) Using pliers with vinyl tape wound around the jaw
ends, remove the shorter straight pin from ths plate.

Maximum clearanca:
0.07mm (0.0028in.)
lf more than maximum, reolace the entire PS vane

(a) Using a micrometer, measure the height, thickness
and length of the plato.

the rotor groove and plate.

0.03mm (0.0012in.)
