(a) Ramove the 2 caliper set bolts.
( b ) S u s p e n d t h e b r a k e c a l i p e r s e c u r a l y .
(c) Remove th6 d isc.
( d ) P l a c a t h 6 d i a l i n d i c a t o r n e a r t h e c e n t e r o f t h e a x l e h u b
a n d c h e c k t h e b a c k l a s h i n t h e b e a r i n g s h a f t d i r a c t i o n .
Maximu m:
0.05 mm (0.0020 in.)
l f g r e a t e r t h a n t h 6 s p e c i f i e d m a x i m u m , r e p l a c e t h e
b6aring.
( e ) U s i n g a d i a l i n d i c a t o r , c h e c k t h e d € v i a t i o n a t t h o
surface of the axle hub outsida the hub bolt.

0.05 mm (0.0020 in.)
