REMOVE STEERING WHEEL PAD
(See pages RS-5 to 6)

PREPARE FOR AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT
(a) Install 2 bolts approx. |0 mm (0.39 in') into the holes
in the st66ring wheel pad.
Bolt dimensionr:
Length 35 mm (1.38 in')
Pitch 1.0 mm (0.038 in')
Diam. 8.0 mm (0.238 in')
(b) Attach ropes to the ste€ring whe6l pad so that it is
susoended lever, as shown in the illustration.
(c) Using a wire or string, unlock the sensor lock.
