STEERING - STEERING COLUMN
3.
DISCONNECT AND CONNECT INTERMEDIATE
SHAFT
(a) Place matchmarks on the intermediats shaft and intsr-
mediate No.2 shaft.
(b) Remove ths bolt.
(c) Disconnect the intermediate shaft.
(d) Align the matchmarks on ths intermediate shaft and
intermsdiate No.2 shaft, and connect them.
(e) Torque tho bolt.
Torqua: 35 N.m (360 kgf cm, 26 ft'lbf)

INSTALL STEERING WHEEL
( a ) A l i g n t h e m a t c h m a r k s o n t h e w h e s l a n d m a i n s h a f t ,
and install it.
(b) Torque the wheel sat nut.
Torque: 34 N'm (350 kgf 'cm. 25 ft'lbf)

INSTALL STEERING WHEEL PAD

Install the pad wtth the screw.
